Ellie Goulding Reveals Secrets Behind Her Enviable Figure And Talks Training With Boyfriend Dougie Poynter And McBusted

Ellie Goulding has opened up about the secret behind his strong and incredibly enviable figure - and the determination, confidence, and some fitness sessions with Mcbusted guys.

The star posed in a tight gymnastics team for a session in the June issue of Women's Health magazine, as she threw her best kicks and punches for the camera.

Flaunting their toned and slim waist abs, the star proved to be strong and go as she opened up about her defiant attitude to exercise and blocking haters.

Talk about his impressive physique, Ellie told the magazine: "I'm not afraid of a guy who told me that I am strong and I'll happily post pictures of my muscles in Instagram - because I am proud to be a strong girl.”

And it's not just your body that is strong, it is quite difficult when it comes to your mental state of mind too.

"I Instagram and tweet and made me everything I want and if you accept that you will always get the negativity, then you can overcome that," I continued.
